Processing Times

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

UK Mainland Delivery

Tracked 48 Hour Delivery

Parcels up to 1kg – FREE
Parcels 1–15kg – £5.99

Delivery times are typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

Tracked 72 Hour Delivery

Parcels up to 1kg – £8.38
Parcels 1–15kg – £9.59

Delivery times are typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Orders are dispatched from my UK fulfilment centre.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods.
I currently deliver within England, Scotland, Wales, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, I am here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photograph of the item

Once reviewed, I will either:

Arrange a replacement, or
Issue a full refund

Please do not return any item until I confirm return instructions.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow the following timeframes before contacting me:

UK Standard: 10 working days
UK Tracked: 3 working days
Highlands & Islands Standard: 12 working days
Highlands & Islands Tracked: 5 working days

If your order is confirmed as lost, I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must:

Be unused
Be in original condition
Be returned in original packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once received and inspected, I will process your refund within 5 working days.
